anyways, I sat there and came to the conclusion that the story is a ghost story where this town is haunted by the spirit of the dead old lady who dies at the beginning. I still need to finish the book though. I'll do that tomorrow, and start thinking about my essay that I have scheduled for next week. hmmm, need to buy a few things, like a new notebook for random notes, and a folder to hand things in. Also, I need to get my Orange card filled out, go to interviews and then hand in my Special Needs forms. I returned the anime to Gemini today before class. And got a slurpee and the last package of sweet Sho-crisps. **drools** those are addictive!

oh yes, I accidently gave some girl the wrong directions. I realized this walking home. I had been stopped by said girl as I was on my way to class, and as I was walking through the buildings, I realized that I was wrong. Now I'm trying to convince myself that she's not going to hurt me down and yell at me. slightly paranoid about that. oh, reminder to self: wear raincoat when walking at night. It's bright yellow with reflectors, so cars can see me. Also, don't cut nails till get home. kind of scared that I'm going to accidently hurt someone (or me) with them, but they make good weapons. Sorry, I have to walk by bars on my way home, and people at night scare me. I'm thinking of taking my embrella along too. The only time that I'm not paranoid about walking home in the dark is in the Winter.

hmm, although spring is good for something. Cinnamon, are there tulips blooming over there? cause they're blooming here, and usually tulips bloom for my brother's birthday. and then the iris' bloom for my birthday ^_^ I like iris'.

allergies are terrible, but sometimes good for something. apparently a skunk visited Laurier, and my class is on the second floor, and the skunk was under the open window. I was in the back, so not much of the smell came around, and I couldn't smell anything.
one bad thing though, my shoulder is hurting when I get up and walk. It's like someone is stabbing me in my right shoulder, all the way through. It's very painful. but it disappears when I sit down.

oh shoot, I had coffee at supper, as well as tea, and I'm tired???? well, at least I stayed awake during class.

ohhhh, K-chan is burning me copies of Full Metal Alchemist, which just got licensed this week, right when I was getting into it, so I can't download from nice server-people, even though I downloaded IRC and K-chan has been helping me **pouts** I can get Naruto though. and I'm getting internet in my room at home, so maybe I can get BT. ^.^

oh yes, the people who worked on Xin is going to be there. **squeal** eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO want to meet them ^.^

woooooot!! and SilverD is going to be there, and Aelyn. Aelyn, or Kelly, does Arcana, which is switching to text instead of yaoi-comic-goodness. ^.^

I'm stocking up the supplies, and I found my gift certificates for Tim Horten's that I got at Easter. Veira, if I don't spend them at AN, cause I have a budget on EVERYTHING, then I'll treat you to coffee when I get back home. ^.^ belated birthday sort of thing. I only have ten dollars though. . .

I finished some fanart for my friend QG, and bb. And so I thought that I'd show everyone ^.^ I'm actually proud of my work in this one.

now, I have essay to finish writing and my parents sent me Coles Notes of Surfacing, so I guess that I should read it and understand it better. ^.^

It's sort of fun now that I've gotten my friend Sarah into Fruits Basket. Very fun indeed. We laugh so much.

Anime North is coming up!!! I'm sooooooo excited!!!

okay, I'm finally writing my Anime North con report. I have to say that I'm sorry that it's over so soon. nooooooooooooooooo!!! I want more anime goodness!!! pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaasssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
I'm also very sorry that Cinnamon couldn't find me, and that Fireball-sama and co. had to pay to sell stuff in Canada. I sort of hate my government now. but not really. ^.^

anyways, after all my anxiety over food, I brought too much >.< that's money that could have been spent on ANIME!!! **withers**
oh well, learning experience.
There was a few things that came up that worried me, like what I should go see. (dude Cinnamon, I'm not going to stand in one place, waiting for people, I'm going to have FUN!!!!) also, about check out stuff. luckily, it all turned out okay. Although, I would have liked it if they stuck to the schedule at night, and not cancel things like Jing right when I find where it's playing!!!! also labelling the map better so that we know where Video 5 was would have been nice.

some regrets that I have is that I should have gone to the Yu-Gi-Oh deck building workshop. but I went to the Red and White Show with K-chan and 'Mindi' instead.
There was a lot of anime being showed, some of it fansubbed, which I thought was really cool.
Fireball-sama scared me a bit, cause she got stuck at the border. But she showed up, and recognized me on sight. I feel really loved now. ^.^
My friend Courtney found me, and pretty much glomped me. I didn't see Cinnamon and Veira, but it was a really big place, and I very much liked being at the renaissance the best, cause that's where the anime screenings were. Yes, I came for the screenings. And to see Fireball-sama ^.^

heh heh, something that I found was cool is that I tone down my hyperness level on the internet. I guess it's hard to express everything on the internet. a lot of what makes my hyperness noticable is the little insane things that I do. And that's nowhere near my maximum limit for hyperness. **nods** aren't everyone glad that I didn't see Veira? Cause she's the only one who can bring me up to maximum with little effort.
Anyways, I tried to be at Fireball-sama's table as much as possible, to help bring over sales and to see whether she needed cheering up. The others were cool to talk to, as well. ^.^ I wish I took more pictures. **sigh** next year. I will start saving right now for next year, and then I'll buy MORE!!! and everything will be good. ^.^

Speaking of money, my mom wants me to pay my uncle for driving me. She says that she won't give me any of my money until I somehow pay him. o.o um, mom? HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN YOU HAVE ALL MY MONEY!!!
the only way that I can think of to get money is to do commissions, and I've never done that before, so I'm scared. I also need money to do wash. I wore all my clean clothes (and some not-so-clean clothes) to Anime North. and my underwear supply is running out. eeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww!!!!!!

Besides, it's my birthday present to my self, like HELL I'm going to spend anime money on my uncle. then I would have only had $15 to spend!!!! Anime is expensive!!! sure, it encourages us to have jobs and stuff, but I don't have a job!!! **seethes** thee bitch isth my mom!!!!

anyways, other than my mom being bitchy over money and food, the weekend went good. I bought a Naruto button and an FMA Ed zipper clip for $21. I didn't feel like buying a DVD or anything, cause I figure that I'll only watch it maybe once or twice, and that's it. I can rent the stuff here in Waterloo for $4. much cheaper.
I also bought two prints from Fireball-sama, the first one, a Naruto pic, she signed. ^.^ much gleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
I also got stickers!! ^.^
Fireball-sama didn't join us in the hotel, but that's okay. She was rooming with the others and drawing art goodness. I wish that I had bought the original Naruto-in-ramen-bowl picture though. It was sooooooooooooo cute!!!!

okay, what I saw: a bit of the Yaoi meltdown, the end of the King of Bandits Jing (before they stopped it on us **glare** bastards!!) some of the AMV contest, the first three episodes of Witch Hunter Robin (must. see. more!!), I skipped the Masqurade for the ending of screening the live action Sailor Moon, for Excel Saga and Akira. Those last three, I stood on a chair for, straight. my poor legs. my feet really really hurt by the end of each day.

oh well, I walked around a lot, and had a lot of fun. It was a good learning experience for my second convention, and first time as an all-weekend otaku ^.^
Next year, I'm thinking that I'm going to dress up as Kid. it will be fun. I have the Fireball-sama's blessing ^.^ I think that I would make a great Kid. I was thinking Kano, but I'd pull off Kid much better. Similiar personalities, you know.

I wish that Anime North was longer, and that I had taken more pictures and had more money. That is all. I have learned that Ramen, cereal and sugar is pretty much all I need to live for a weekend, and that I don't need bulk food.

Now I have a tonne of left overs sitting here. I figure they'll be here for a good long time. I should take a shower. I slept all day, to make up for the dodgy sleep. K-chan, shall we room together next year too? ^.^

It was funny, on Friday, the at the door registration line was really really short but the pre-registration line was long. I'm glad I came on Friday. The line ups were insanely long on Saturday. Then again, it's the most busiest on Saturdays. hmmm, tomorrow, I'm finishing my essays. I have to hand one in every class now.

oooooooooooooooooooohhh!!! I found out why my mIRC wasn't working, without my firewall up, it blocks it. huh.
Also, I came back expecting my computer to be on. It had turned off. During the storm last night, the power went off for a second. But my alarm clock didn't go nuts. weird. It also turned off while I was asleep last night. really weird.

I had to take off the cool skin-sticker-thingie that K-chan gave me. I realized that I'm allergic to certain glues that they use to stick things onto skin, like bandaids and other fun things.
I found two things when I took it off.

1) there's a lot of dirt in skin, and you can't see it.
2) I now have a stick-shaped red rash-looking thing on my face. o.0

There's one good thing, the scratches underneath have healed, since I couldn't reopen them while the sticker was on.

**sniff** it was a cool sticker. And now it's on a piece of paper with the other stickers that I bought, to sticky-tac onto the walls. I'm putting up the prints that I got too. I think they're going to be around my bed.


oh yes, last night, I downloaded six episodes. mesa happy.
