TTOTM
icky, it started yesterday. I noticed it when I went to take a shower. >.< The first day is always the worst, cause it's the most painful. So what do I do? I go for a bike ride without pills.
I was online at school, because my dear internet hasn't been working for over two weeks now. I'm typing this on Karen-kun's laptop. Man, these desks aren't made for computers.
I got back the final pictures for AnimeNorth. I won't be able to post them for a while, since my internet is down. There's less of a week to school, so we're not going to bother to try and fix it right now. I might even have to reformat my hard drive. For those who don't know what that means, it means completely wiping the system and re-installing everything. I'm not going to be too happy if it comes to that. But hey, it means that I can get all that anime burned. Gives me a good excuse for me to get my parents to buy me a whole tonne of CDs for me to clean out the memory. I have a couple series on Sal (my computer, I've named it). I have some of Inu-Yasha, but not a lot, I have Vandread 2nd Stage, Gravitation, .hack//SIGN, Spiral, some Naruto which I'm trying to get better copies of (so I can delete them, I figure), some Full Metal Alchemist and the last seven episodes of Yami no Matsuei. oh and some random episodes of anime I'm keeping an eye on. The list gets veeeeeeeeeeery big!
meh! hopefully it works at home though. I would like my nice high speed back. But hey, easy come easy go, eh?
I'm cross-posting this to Xanga and Livejournal through Tabulas, btw. Right now I'm supposed to be working on my final paper, but you know, cramps.
Let's see, Yahoo has added features now. Bigger mailbox, which is cool. I had about 400 emails, and only using 4% of the space. wicked cool, I say. I've got my schedule worked out for Fall and Winter. I'm thinking that if I get into the Tolkien class, that I'll drop Literary Theory in Winter, so that I'm still full time student status, but I have the work load for LD. man, it's the only thing that I don't like about my school, is the rules about workload. Special Needs is trying to get it changed though. Considering it's the only school in Canada that I know of that has a four-course workload for Special Needs students, I'm hoping that they succeed. The SNO is great here!
geee, my left arm is completely free of jewelry. Mom switch all my bracelets onto my right arm, so that my new watch won't get wrecked. I've just taken a shower, so I feel sort of off balanced.
It's 3:28 and I'm still in my PJs too.
last night, I watched the first volume of RahXephon. Cool series. biomechas and aliens invasion, that sort of stuff. It's really neat, I like it. I also want to see Gokudo and Orphen. I'm still working on Saiyuki, Jing, Witch Hunter Robin, The Soul Taker, and Hellsing. an interesting mix.
Anyways, I should really be going, since I promised that I'd have a page done by this evening, and I want to rewatch RahXephon, and I have the full series of Knights of Ramune to watch. a very interesting night. Last night it wasn't bad, I just didn't get started to watch because of The Books of Magic that I was reading. Not the comic, the Young Adults novel version. Kind of fun. Just that I got it wet when walking to my last class last night. and I should return it to the library sometime. Maybe I'll go return it tonight, when it's not so hot out. Well, it was hotter yesterday, with a storm warning that came true, and a tornato warning that didn't. I didn't know that we got twisters over here. Definitely not at home. We get the ends of hurricanes, which are big thunder storms with maybe enough wind to rip the siding off a badly taken care of house, but nothing much.
wow, I type a lot! Think about how it's going to be when I go to Russia! meh, I'm not looking forward to seeing the relatives in Germany though. Can't speak either language. >.< I feel like an idiot when I go to a country where I can't speak the language. I can sort of understand some words in German, but I think it's because those are words that are similar to English. meh, I'm no good with languages, even English, my first language. I don't really have a second language. I barely passed French, and I feel like I'm over my head with European languages. Japanese (basic, mind you), is more fun. the pronounciation makes sense.
heh, some people think that I'm British sometimes, because apparently I have an accent. And then there's times when I sound like a smart little kid, or like English is my second language. No body is really good at English anyways.
I should go. It's almost four.
Bye!
